Subscriptions MUST be paid, or a standing order form provided by 1st October 2008.
You can pay by cash, cheque (payable to Lockwood Park Dragons Hockey Club) or standing order.
A LATE PAYMENT FEE of £25 will become applicable to all members by 14th October 2008
Standing Order
This will involve four equal standing order payments as shown above. The payments will be taken direct from your chosen bank account in November, December, January and February.
