YORKSHIRE COME 2nd AT COUNTY FINALS!
Amanda Sowerby and Kelly Fillingham helped Yorkshire to 2nd place in the National Women's County Hockey Championship at Exeter on the 30th and 31st May, missing out on the winning spot to Cumbria, who were also champions of the North. Yorkshire thoroughly deserved second place, with a squad of just 13 players available they had their work cut out but were up to the task.

HELP YORKSHIRE REACH FINAL
Yorkshire came away victorius from the North Women's County Hockey Championship, which took place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May at Halifax Hockey Club. Although missing out as overall champions by one point, Yorkshire, with the help of Lockwood players Amanda Sowerby and Amy Smeaton, finished in second place, securing a place in the final at Exeter.
