An enjoyable and successful womens tournament has been running for a number of years and Lockwood wishes to embrace this and promote both womens and mixed hockey this year
Lockwood Park intends to run a local 7-aside mixed summer league and womens league - just for fun! Competition and socialising... Invitations are being sent out to clubs as we speak - would you like to join us?

Mixed League: Tuesdays commencing 6th May - 1st July 2008 (9 weeks)
Womens League: Thursdays commencing 8th May - 3rd July 2008 (9 weeks)
Times: Slot One 7pm - 8pm, Slot Two 8pm - 9pm
Venue: Lockwood Park, Brewery Drive, Huddersfield, HD4 6EN
Cost: £24.00 per team per night. (To be covered in advance with a cheque for £216.00 - we will NOT cash this until after the league ends, allowing you time to collect the money from weekly match fees
N.B. Mixed League - max 3 male outfield players
Changing rooms and bar open - make a night of it!
Acceptance to the summer league is on a first-come first-served basis – please respond by Wednesday 2nd April 2008 with a cheque for £216 (remember this will NOT be cashed until you have had time to collect the fees) and the completed acceptance slip found below and return to the address shown to secure your place!
