TRAINING TIPS  HITTING
Pretty important skill to have and one that doesn't always get practiced enough!! So if you want to practice those hitting skills during the week try these drills.  DRIBBLING Vital during the game and doesn't require a lot of space. Two more drills for this one.
 GOALKEEPING And finally for our wonderful goalkeepers!! Wearing just leg pads find a patch of wall and using a tennis ball kick towards it and practice rebounding the ball. The ball will come back much faster than a normal ball so will increase your reaction skills.
Stick clearance on the floor. Just wearing top half kit lay full stretch on one side and practice clearing the ball with your stick at full reach.
